{"id":10461,"date":"2022-11-30T13:50:33","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T13:50:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=10461"},"modified":"2022-11-30T13:50:33","modified_gmt":"2022-11-30T13:50:33","slug":"ceshtja-e-trustit-diskutohet-sot-ne-komisionin-per-buxhet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/ceshtja-e-trustit-diskutohet-sot-ne-komisionin-per-buxhet\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c7\u00ebshtja e Trustit diskutohet sot n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr Buxhet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sot n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr Buxhet pritet t\u00eb diskutohet vendimi p\u00ebr lejimin apo jo t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb 30 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb mjeteve nga Fondi i Kursimeve Personale \u2013 Trusti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e komisionit do t\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb e m\u00eb pas t\u00eb votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr apo kund\u00ebr q\u00eb iniciativa t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00eb plenare, i pranish\u00ebm do t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe iniciuesi i peticionit p\u00ebr lejimin e t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb 30 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb Trustit, Adnan Jashari.<\/p>\n<p>Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 si partia m\u00eb e madhe opozitare kishte propozuar t\u00ebrheqjen deri n\u00eb 30 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb kursimeve pensionale.<\/p>\n<p>Deputeti i k\u00ebsaj partie, Bekim Haxhiu, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Grupit Parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb m\u00eb 9 mars kishte dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Kuvend Projektligjin p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin dhe ndryshimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr Fondin e Kursimeve Pensionale, i cili do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsonte t\u00ebrheqjen e k\u00ebtyre mjeteve.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb ky projektligj nuk kishte marr\u00eb drit\u00ebn jeshile t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Qershor.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projektligj kishin votuar gjithsej 102 deputet\u00eb, kur prej tyre 44 pro, 57 kund\u00ebr dhe 1 abstenim.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebtij d\u00ebshtimi qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 20 mij\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimeve ishin drejtuar deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u2019u lejohet t\u00ebrheqja e Trustit.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas propozimit t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, i cili nuk u aprovua n\u00eb Kuvend, kontributpaguesit q\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb pak se 10 mij\u00eb euro kursime pensionale k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb 30 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb mjeteve.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb deri 20 mij\u00eb euro \u2013 25 p\u00ebr qind, nga 20 mij\u00eb deri 30 mij\u00eb \u2013 20 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr kontributpaguesit q\u00eb kan\u00eb kursime pensionale n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 30 mij\u00eb eurosh \u2013 15 p\u00ebr qind dhe ata mbi 40 mij\u00eb euro \u2013 10 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb shum\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sot n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr Buxhet pritet t\u00eb diskutohet vendimi p\u00ebr lejimin apo jo t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb 30 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb mjeteve nga Fondi i Kursimeve Personale \u2013 Trusti.
